Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and customized deliverables, Cubicus Solution LLC does not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.
If adjustments are required to maintain our quality standards — including editing, revisions, or adherence to original project requirements — we provide a comprehensive revision process to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Should the delivered work not align with the agreed-upon requirements at the time of order placement, our internal quality team will conduct a detailed review. Based on that assessment, we will either revise or recreate the deliverable at no additional cost to the client.
Revision Policy
Each service package includes its own revision policy, as detailed in the specific package description.
Revisions are available within 5 to 10 days after the project status is marked as “Waiting for Customer Approval” in our order management system. The revision period and number of revisions depend on the chosen service package.
During the revision phase, clients may submit modification requests directly to their assigned Project Manager via email to confirm that the original project requirements have been met.
Clients also retain the full right to make personal edits or modifications to the content provided, as all final deliverables are shared in editable formats (e.g., Word documents) and ownership rights transfer to the client upon fulfillment.
Refund Policy
At Cubicus Solution LLC, we aim to deliver services that fully meet client expectations. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and our team always works collaboratively with clients to find the best possible resolution.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order total (whichever is greater) applies to all approved refunds. All refunds are issued through the original payment method, and clients are notified via email once processing is complete.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
1. Change of Mind
Before Project Initiation: Clients are entitled to a 100% refund if the project has not yet been assigned or started.
Within One Hour of Order Placement: If you decide to cancel within one hour of placing your order, a full refund can be issued.
After Project Progress: If work has commenced and at least one revision cycle has been used, a partial refund (up to 5%) may be offered to reasonably compensate internal resources.
2. Incomplete or Inaccurate Delivery
If the delivered service does not align with the originally documented requirements, clients must first utilize the revision process.
We offer multiple revisions, reassignments, and rewrites to ensure project satisfaction.
If, after all revision efforts, the final result still does not meet the agreed specifications, a mutually agreed refund percentage may be granted. Alternatively, clients may receive credit for future services of equivalent value.
3. Late Delivery
While we strive for timely completion, if a delay occurs due to our oversight — and after at least three documented contact attempts by the client — a refund will be issued upon verification that the delay was caused solely by Cubicus Solution LLC.
Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the first delivery, provided that no revision has been used.
Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for review or refund consideration.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Minor technical or formatting issues (e.g., grammar, word count, or reference adjustments) that can be corrected through revision.
Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication.
Claims based solely on word count dissatisfaction.
Projects already fully approved or published by the client.
In such cases, Cubicus Solution LLC may offer partial credits or discounts toward future orders, at its discretion.
Modification of Services and Pricing
Cubicus Solution LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services — including pricing, packages, or discount structures — at any time without prior notice.
The company shall not be held liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of a service.
